Will my name fit on a hoody?

There is a limit to what we can fit on to a hoody but we can fit most names. If you are unsure then send us a message and we can let you know.

When will I get my order?

We process orders every two weeks (on the 1st and 15th of each month). It usually takes around a week to process so you can expect your order to be ready by 8th or 22nd of the month if you make an order by 1st or 15th respectively.

Can I get a kids design on an adults hoody or vica versa?

If you are buying an adults hoody for a child or a kids hoody for an adult due to sizes then we can print the design you require. To do this you should order the correct garment in the correct size and colour, then ensure to add a note to ‘Order Notes’ box on the payment page to explain what you would like. If you are un-sure then feel free to¬†send us a message to discuss it.

Returns

All of the garments sold on CKFShop.com are made to order so we only accept returns on faulty items. This makes it even more important to get the size right first time so please make sure you check out the Sizing Guide page before ordering.

Do I need to be a student of Cambridge Kung Fu to make an order?

Not at all. Just order through this site, choosing the paid delivery option, and we’ll have it sent direct to you. If you want it to be a surprise for a student (kid or adult) and you don’t want to pay for delivery make sure you get in touch and we can help you out.

Can I wear it in class?

Yes absolutely! We’d love to see students in our kids and adults classes wearing CKF hoodies.

Will you be offering anything other than hoodies in the future?

Yes, our plan to is to offer a range of CKF products however we are in no rush. We want to make sure we’re offering quality products at good prices which all takes time. If you have any suggestions for us then please let us know.

How can I rectify a mistake on my order?

Just contact us ASAP and we will do all we can to sort things out. If your order hasn’t been processed yet then we can help you change anything you like.

I want it to be a surprise, but I don't want to pay for delivery?

No problem, we’d love to help you surprise someone so make sure you put a note in the ‘Order Notes’ box on the payment page and we’ll contact you about getting it to you in secret!

I'm having technical difficulties with your site and need help.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble, just let us know what the problem, by contacting us, is and we will sort it out for you. If you would rather make an order over the phone then we will call you back to sort out the details.

I'd like to see what my name looks like on a hoody before ordering?

First of all make sure you’ve checked out the Designs page so you can see some examples. If you would still like to see exactly what your name will look like then get in touch as it may be possible to show you a digital mock-up.
